本論壇以「美國主治醫師及住院醫師訓練特色」為主題，由專科醫師訓練醫院暨認定委員會林子玉主委與專科醫師甄審委員會林至芃主委共同主持，特別邀請三位來自美國之年輕麻醉科醫師參與交流：包括美國加州大學舊金山分校(UCSF)Arthur Chyan主治醫師、洛杉磯Cedars-Sinai醫學中心Angela Chang醫師，以及即將完成約翰霍普金斯醫院(Johns Hopkins Hospital)麻醉科訓練的李宥萱醫師。
本論壇將介紹美國麻醉專科醫師的訓練制度、臨床教學架構與專業發展途徑，並探討其與台灣制度之異同。期望藉由第一手經驗分享與交流，促進國際視野的拓展，為我國麻醉專科醫師訓練與制度發展與有興趣規劃國際進修之麻醉科醫師提供寶貴的參考。
